How long CoopReclaim keeps your program documents

When you connect a program, you upload program guides, dealer letters, bulletins and distributor statements so a reviewer can settle which program you are on. Those files are your company's paperwork. This page says how long they stay.

90 days after a program connection is closed (by you withdrawing it, or by CoopReclaim closing it), the uploaded documents and their stored files are deleted. The deletion runs as a recorded task in CoopReclaim's daily operations, never as a silent removal.

What stays: the facts extracted from those documents, the program interpretation a reviewer compiled from them, the reviews, and the record of each extraction run. These carry no file contents. They are the audit trail of what was read and decided, and a program CoopReclaim promoted from your documents depends on them.

A connection that is open, under review, or reopened after a "changes required" review is not affected: its documents stay for as long as the connection is open.

Deleting your account removes your organisation's documents and files immediately, together with everything else that belongs to it.

Nothing on this page verifies a program, a fund balance, or claim eligibility. A dealer reviews and files a claim; the manufacturer or distributor decides reimbursement.
